Organisations

Organisations are set up in Vision 3 - Control Panel - File Maintenance for use throughout the system.

You can display existing Organisations from Control Panel, see can be To list existing organisations:

1. From the Vision 3 3 front screen, select Management Tools - Control Panel - File Maintenance.

2. Now select either:

   • Organisation , or

   • Organisation tab

3. Any folders with records has a plus sign which you can click on to expand the list.

Select an item in the list, to display the details in the right hand pane.

Edit and Audit are now enabled should you want to make any amendments or look at changes. Once you click on Add or Edit, OK and Cancel are enabled.

The details are listed under three tabs: Organisation Details, Identifiers (codes, reference numbers), and Addresses (including contact numbers).

List existing organisations

• Add Clinical Commissioning Group - England

• Add TP/HB/CSA - your main or linked Health Authority/Board

• Add a Strategic Health Authority in England

• Local Health Board in Wales

• Scotland and Northern Ireland Health Boards

• Add Hospital or NHS Trust

• Add Departments to a Hospital

• Add a Consultant to a Hospital Department

• Add Nursing Home or Residential Institute

• Any other organisations I should set up?

• Organisation Edit

• Organisation - Remove or Inactivate

• Organisation Audit

• Organisation - Addresses tab
